Does the night sky look the same from everywhere on Earth? Step away from your Long Island backyard and explore the sky as seen from all around the globe.

From China to Polynesia, from Australia to South America, this live presentation explores how the night sky changes across the globe, and how humans worldwide have interpreted the sky in their own unique ways.

Worldwide Skies will travel around the world and delve into the rich histories and cultural perspectives of various celestial sights. We will observe the stars and constellations visible from various locations across the Northern and Southern hemispheres.

Finally, we will fly out to low Earth orbit, where we will see that despite our differences, we all live on the same Planet Earth.
