William Vanderbilt spent summers on Northport Bay between 1910 and 1944 hosting intimate gatherings and entertaining well-known guests. At other times he traveled extensively, collecting for his little museum.
Join us for a walking tour of the Vanderbilt estate and gardens where a museum educator will discuss architectural details and William Vanderbilt’s passion for travel, marine biology, and car racing.
