William Vanderbilt spent summers on Northport Bay between 1910 and 1944 hosting intimate gatherings and entertaining well-known guests. At other times he traveled extensively, collecting for his little museum.
Join us for a walking tour of the Vanderbilt estate and gardens where a museum educator will discuss architectural details and William Vanderbilt’s passion for travel, marine biology, and car racing.

Seniors and Students: $13

Members & children under 2 are free
Advance registration is required and tickets must be presented at the start of the tour. Please wear comfortable shoes as there will be considerable walking.
For everyone’s safety, masks must be worn for the duration of the tour and social distancing is required.
