The Legacy String Quartet will perform classical music in the beautiful mansion courtyard of the Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum on Thursday, July 2, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
Following a pre-show story about the pieces and composers, the quartet will perform Mozart’s Quartet No. 15, Mendelssohn’s Quartet Op. 44 No.3, and the Villa-Lobos Quartet No.5.
Quartet members are Olga Tourkina, Saki Uetsuhara, Drew Vella, and James Acampora.
This new musical group – comprising musicians from Long Island and New York City – made its debut in 2025 at Carnegie Hall and the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts.
