Everyone has heard of honeybees, but what about our native bees? NYS boasts over 300 species of native bees, the unsung heroes of the natural world. Join CEED Wildlife Biologist, Ranger Eric Powers, and explore the small world of bees on Long Island.
After a short presentation about these bees, we will learn how to support our native pollinators. This program finishes with the building of a bee hotel.
