Denise Trezza of East Norwich, N.Y., won the raffle prize at the Vanderbilt Museum’s annual Tree Lighting event on November 24.
Trezza took home a Vanderbilt family membership, $300 toward a family photo shoot with Zoot Shoot Photography, and a large, custom-made toy rocket filled with books and toys.
The popular, free, community event, sponsored by Northwell Health, featured singers from the Northport Chorale; carol singing; singer-guitarist Eva Erickson, who also sang carols; an ornament workshop for children; hot chocolate and cookies; and a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus. Many families had their photos taken with the Clauses.
