Purchased tickets for Reichert Planetarium shows retain their full value and may be used on future dates.
If you have tickets for Mesmerica, please contact boxoffice@jameshood.com to reschedule or for a refund. (We regret that the Vanderbilt Museum cannot directly refund Mesmerica tickets.)
If you purchased tickets for Carriage House Players productions and would like a refund, please send an email that includes your full name, performance date, and number of tickets to info@vanderbiltmuseum.org.
