The playbill includes Wonderous Stories, Half Step, Milagro and Jellyband, recreating the music of The Who, Santana, Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, Credence Clearwater Revival, The Band, Janis Joplin, and others. The rain-or-shine event is presented by producer-musician Rich Rivkin.
Food will be available for purchase. Parking is free. Tickets: $30 in advance, on-line, or $40 at gate. Age 15 and under, $10. Age 5 and under, free. Details: www.woodstockrevival.net
“Our annual Woodstock Revival event features four of Long Island’s most rockin’ bands, along with live painting by dozens of artists, plus a curated series of art installations on display throughout the Vanderbilt grounds,” Rivkin said. “As I like to say, your eyes and ears will thank your brain!”
