Summer Fiesta is a salute to William and Rosamond Vanderbilt and friends Edie and Robert Huntington who, in 1937, flew the Caribbean, Central America and the perimeter of South America in Vanderbilt’s Sikorsky S-43 seaplane, from January 18 to February 11.

Vanderbilt privately published a book about the journey, Flying Lanes – Being the Journal of a Flight Around South America and Over the Andes.

Entertainment will be by Los Cintron with flamenco dancer Juana Cala.

Popular around the world, the Cintron Brothers – who play a mix of World, Latin and Flamenco music – are known as the greatest Gypsy Kings tribute band. Their guitars, vocals and melodies, set to enchanting rhythms, evoke the traditional sounds of Andalusia, and their beloved Spain. Los Cintron have performed for kings and queens, celebrities and presidents.
