What:

This live lecture will discuss the formation and properties of black holes as well as methods for finding them and the first direct image ever captured of a black hole. The Summer Astronomy Series is presented by Vanderbilt Museum & Planetarium astronomy educators Charlie Eder and Matt Garber.
