The Carriage House Children’s Theater will present its final performance of Little Red, a story about Little Red Riding Hood, on Saturday, August 5, at 1:00 p.m. in the Carriage House Theater, located at the Vanderbilt Museum, 180 Little Neck Road, Centerport, N.Y.
This children’s theater group is part of The Carriage House Players (formerly Arena Players Repertory Theater).
The Carriage House Players also are offering the 29th annual Summer Shakespeare Festival at the Vanderbilt, on the outdoor stage in the Mansion Courtyard, as well as productions throughout the year at the Vanderbilt.
Come see the story of Little Red Riding Hood – the way the animals of the forest tell it. When we meet Little Red, she’s not just a little girl, she’s a little girl wolf! She, her Mama Wolf and Grandma Wolf are being stalked by some over-eager hunters. See how Little Red and her family outsmart the humans in this animal-friendly, audience-participation play.
Tickets are $10. To purchase tickets, please call 516-557-1207. Visit www.carriagehouseplayers.org
