Sessions for Pre-School and K-3 Begin in First Week of July
Every summer, the Vanderbilt Education Center offers fun, creative workshops for children. This year’s sessions begin in the first week of July. Each workshop begins with an educator-led visit through the Vanderbilt Museum collections. These include marine and natural-history specimens, cultural artifacts Mr. Vanderbilt brought back from around the world, and his wild-animal habitats and dioramas. After the tour, children make creative projects based on what they have seen and learned.
Advance registration is required for all workshops. Please call 631-854-5539 to register.
