Opening April 9 for Three Weekends
The Arena Players Children’s Theater will present the classic Rumplestiltskin, opening Saturday, April 9, and running Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00 p.m. through April 24.

Patience, the miller’s daughter, says she can spin flax into gold. Unfortunately, the king, whose gold has been disappearing mysteriously, hears this and mistakes her claim for a boast. He orders Patience to spin gold or she will lose her head, despite protests of the prince, who’s in love with her.
She’s locked in the tower and told to perform her task. A gnome, Rumplestiltskin, offers to help her, at a price. Ultimately, Gretel faces a very difficult choice, but all ends happily.
